  • Epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, treatment and prevention of tropical and travel associated diseases.
  • Medical pre-travel consultations including prophylactic measures.
  • Principles of occupational health for travellers
  • Principles of clinical medicine and public health in low- and middle-income countries.
  • Sampling, handling and performance of laboratory examinations including microscopy of helminths.


Costs:

  • 4,900€ for participants from HICs
  • 3,900€ for participants from LMICs
  • A small number of scholarships are available
    for physicians from LMICs
