Webinar: NTD advocacy/policy

The webinar is organised by FESTMIH and supported by the Canadian Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases (CNNTD) and the German Society for Tropical Medicine, Travel Medicine and Global Health (DTG).

In this webinar, Dr. Alison Krentel and Tina Lines will share some key learnings on NTD Advocacy including:

  • The critical need for neglected tropical diseases advocacy as a priority in global public health
  • How to work with governments and civil society together to affect change in global health policy
  • How to use or engage in media and social media to amplify your message

They will also engage participants in an NTD advocacy action.

The webinar will be moderated by Mirna Abd El Aziz and Marco Albonico.
