Quaderni della Società Italiana di Medicina Tropicale e Salute Globale
The Giornale Italiano di Medicina Tropicale e Salute Globale – Italian Journal of Tropical Medicine and Global Health – is the official organ of the “Società Italiana di Medicina Tropicale e Salute Globale” – the “Italian Society of Tropical Medicine and Global Health” – (SIMET). The Editor-in-Chief of the Journal and Members of the Editorial Board are appointed by the Board of the Society for a four-year assignment period. They must ensure the scientific quality of the journal, assisted by a highly qualified Advisory Committee.
In 2016, SIMET decided to create a new editorial format dedicated to specific topics selected by the Executive Board, that are exhaustively treated in monographic form by experts under the guide of selected coordinators (“Quaderni della Società Italiana di Medicina Tropicale e Salute Globale”)
